The DMM Shadow HMS screwgate is a mid to large sized HMS carabiner, with a surprisingly lightweight construction - perfect for belaying. With a short gate, to maximise gate opening, and deep/wide top basket, the DMM Shadow can easily handle three clove hitches (<9.5mm rope), also making it a superb rigging carabiner.
The Shadow HMS is the successor to DMM's longstanding 25kN Boa, offering the same big-basket versatility in a stronger (main axis locked), slightly more compact and lightweight package.
